We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Full-Time) immediately. As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide potential customers to become active users of our product, understand their needs and communicate between the company and the customer. 

 

Your Job Responsibility

  • You are the strategic contact person for existing customers

  • You understand the needs of your customers, advise them and help them overcome problems and achieve their goals

  • You communicate with customers and represent their interests internally

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role

  • You have experience in customer support

  • You have experience in B2B business (support, consulting, training) 

  • You convince with your strong communication skills and strategic thinking

  • You are solution and action oriented 

  • Occasional willingness to travel

  • You can communicate in English
